(2023) After several years spent in the IT environment, I decided to finally become a true professional and retrain for what I enjoy the most - programming! An intensive six-month course transformed me into a certified Junior Programmer. Several practice projects helped me to better navigate various programming languages, thus enhancing my technological progress.
(2022 - 2023) Our IT support and administration team was entrusted with the responsibility of serving approximately 9000 individuals across Spain. To effectively monitor and manage issues, we used an IT Ticket Management system, specifically ServiceNow. In the area of user account management, our duties included creating various accounts, providing access to the necessary applications, and installing the required software based on the departmental needs. We were also in charge of resolving software and network problems, communicating with different IT teams, removing user accounts after the users left the company, and all the subsequent steps to revoke access. As for technical support, we were responsible for creating a knowledge database for the team and new employees, solving problems that required more advanced technical skills for level 2 support, and providing direct assistance to managers in troubleshooting. We also organized meetings with the leaders of the organizations to address specific local issues, and coordinated regular meetings with various local teams and managers.
(2019 - 2021) As a certified Autodesk professional in Revit, I was tasked with implementing the Autodesk Revit software, which features the most advanced architecture and construction in 3D-4D-5D on the market. My role involved training a team of construction engineers and introducing all the possibilities of the software. This included creating templates, manuals, and technical instructions to ensure the correct steps were followed in the process with the program. I provided on-site technical support with the team of engineers and also had direct contact with the Autodesk support technical team. I coordinated tasks to be carried out in various parts of a specific project. I scripted applications in Dynamo to ensure better team performance. I provided comprehensive solutions using specific Autodesk applications for the digitization of entire buildings
(2015 - 2017) Custom computer assembly and OS installation. Diagnostics of computer and laptop conditions, component replacement. Reinstallation of the operating system. Advising clients on new technology and assisting in selection. Computer service, computer network management, printer installation and setup, wireless internet installation, computer acceleration and virus removal, BIOS updates, etc. Data backup or disk cloning. Remote computer management and service.
